Carol was able to effectively and pleasantly address the challenging demands for our family's situation. We had a very short time to find a house that had to meet many requirements in a fluctuating market. She invested significant time and effort to research and negotiate potential arrangements and offers. Through her sense of humor and persistence we found what we wanted. She tried to foresee and mitigate areas where problems might occur and as a result we had relatively smooth sailing with the contract, financing and closing - with one exception.

That one exception involved a situation beyond her control - but when it happened - she stepped in with all her resources and contacts and helped to bring it to successful resolution so that we closed on schedule. It was through her patience and calm presence of mind that potential solutions were considered - and the result was a better arrangement than the original plan.
